Sub-processors
Last updated 26 October 2026. These are the companies that may process customer data on our behalf. We give customers 30 days' notice by email before adding or replacing one.

How we use AI
We use Anthropic's Claude AI tools to help build, test and support the service. It is one of the main reasons we can keep prices low. A person always reviews and approves the work, and your mapping sheet is signed off by you before a flow goes live.
- What it sees: sample files during onboarding, and error details when we investigate a problem. We anonymise samples first, replacing names, addresses, contact details, identifiers and prices with made-up values. This removes almost all personal data but can't guarantee to catch everything, which is why Anthropic is listed here.
- What it doesn't do: it doesn't run your live message traffic. Translation and delivery are done by our own software on our UK servers.
- Training: AI model training is switched off on our account. If a real, non-anonymised document has to be shared, for example to fix a mapping that anonymised data can't reproduce, we do it only under Anthropic's commercial terms, which include a data processing agreement and don't allow your data to be used for training.
